Genesis

Kendriya Vidyalaya Hakimpet is one of the oldest Vidyalayas of the Hyderabad region. It was established on third July 1983 in the D M C area. Mr. Diwakar Reddy was the first Principal who had headed the Vidyalaya at the outset.

This was followed by the contributions of erstwhile Principals, Chairmen and dedicated staff, who helped to nurture and grow this institution to its present glory. The Present Principal, Mrs. Sandhya Lakra, and his team of staff are continuing to do their best to carry on this task to excellence.
